We love our nearby sports teams like the Cleveland Indians and
Cavaliers, and the Pittsburgh Pirates and Penguins, but
Northeastern Ohio is well known for its ravenous football fans. It's
only an hour drive from Youngstown to see the Superbowl
Champion Pittsburgh Steelers or the Cleveland Browns. Eastwood
Field, our state of the art baseball stadium in Niles, is home to the
Mahoning Valley Scrappers minor league baseball team. For
memorabilia it's always fun to take the hour drive to Canton to visit
the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Closer to home we have our YSU
Penguins, along with great high school teams.
